Brought back by popular demand, this session will update the presentation made at the 2007 conference, cover the law applicable to single-sex schools, including case law, and will point out the legal problems with the recent US Department of Education Regulations. It will also focus on best practices for complying with the equal opportunity mandates of Title IX and the US Constitution while meeting the needs of all of our students for high quality educational opportunities.
